Who we are
MOOR Recruitment, part of 7 Oceans Group BV (Netherlands), is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run a search process.
- Details you give us directly — name, employer, email address, telephone number, and anything you write in an enquiry.
- Professional information relevant to a search — career history, qualifications and references, where you provide them.
- Technical data — IP address and basic request information, retained for security and to keep the site available.

Why we process it
Enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and in operating a recruitment business. Candidate data used in a search is processed on the basis of legitimate interest or, where required, your consent — which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with
We share a candidate's details with a hiring client only with that candidate's knowledge and agreement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers who host or support this site process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Candidate records are reviewed periodically and removed when there is no longer a reason to hold them.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to info@moor-recruitment.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

International transfers
Our searches are international, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
